I’m Jenny, a certified cancer nutritionist, health coach & metabolic approach to cancer practitioner. As a cancer survivor, my mission is to empower adults with cancer by providing practical, evidence-based tools to make them feel in control of their treatment journey and address mental, physical, and emotional challenges. Using a metabolic approach, my aim is to enhance treatment outcomes and reduce recurrence risks whilst helping clients navigate stress and uncertainty.

My comprehensive approach works on multiple aspects of your unique physiology, such as your gut microbiome, hormonal imbalances, inflammation, circadian rhythm, stress and emotional well-being, detoxification, genetics, immune function as well as nutritional imbalances. Using a thorough health evaluation plus blood and functional testing*, I’m equipped to develop personalised nutrition plans and therapeutic strategies that address the unique needs of my clients and work on creating an environment that is less favourable to cancer.
