Nutritionist for Cancer Patients

I’m Jenny, a cancer nutritionist specialising in evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle support tailored to your individual needs at every stage of your cancer journey.

A cancer diagnosis can be overwhelming, bringing uncertainty, fear, and an endless stream of medical appointments. I understand this firsthand—at 25, I was diagnosed with a rare soft tissue sarcoma. What I initially dismissed as a minor issue turned into a life-altering moment, one that reshaped my perspective on health and healing.

I know how consuming the ‘what ifs’ can be. It’s easy to feel lost in a sea of medical jargon, with little guidance on what you can do to support your body beyond conventional treatment. I’ve been there—enduring treatment, the emotional toll of follow-ups, and the ongoing worry of recurrence. While my body healed in time, the mental scars of a cancer diagnosis took much longer to fade.

My experience led me to search for ways to take back control of my health. I delved into research, re-evaluated my nutrition, and eventually formalised my passion by training as a Nutritional Therapist at the College of Naturopathic Medicine.

After qualifying, I immersed myself in integrative oncology—learning how nutrition and lifestyle strategies could complement conventional treatment and create a body terrain that is less favourable to cancer. I completed advanced training in the metabolic approach to cancer and functional blood chemistry interpretation, enabling me to provide personalised, science-backed support to those navigating cancer.

Today, through My Cancer Nutritionist, I help individuals regain a sense of control, optimise treatment responses, and reduce their risk of recurrence.
